Vince Mancuso leads IdentiQ Finance’s overall portfolio development and growth strategy, focusing on moderate asset growth, client retention, and companywide efficiencies.
With over 25 years of commercial finance experience, deep rooted in asset based lending, lending to finance companies, and advising emerging finance companies, Vince brings expert insights, and a collaborative, forward-looking approach to each client relationship, not to mention, plenty of entrepreneurial grit.
Senior Vice President - Portfolio Development
John Center oversees Portfolio Development for IdentiQ Finance, primarily in the United States and Canada. With over a decade of experience, John has developed a true passion for building singular and long-lasting relationships with each referral source and client.
Before joining IdentiQ Finance, John served as Vice President for Client Relationship Management at Far West Capital. His career began in the construction industry where he held a range of leadership positions. There, he formed the foundation for the detail-oriented and communicative style he brings to each of the company’s partnerships.
Chief Credit Officer
David Weinstein serves as a Chief Credit Officer at IdentiQ Finance. David assists in overseeing the credit and operational functions at IdentiQ Finance and contributes to our overall strategic vision.
Before joining IdentiQ Finance, David was a principal and senior underwriter for Ares Commercial Finance, a unit of Ares Management LLC. Previously, he was the managing partner of a boutique investment banking and advisory firm, Lakeside Advisors, and a prior to that, a partner in the management-consulting firm of Morris Anderson & Associates. David also served in senior management and leadership positions with Congress Financial Capitaland CIT Group Inc.
In addition to his corporate experience, David is the immediate past president of the Connecticut Turnaround Management Association and a past president of the New York City chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He is a frequent panelist on industry issues and is currently an adjunct faculty member of Pace University’s LubinSchool of Business teaching finance.
Operation and Risk Officer
For almost 25 years, Tammy Kemp has honed her experience in all aspects of credit management, with a focus on strategically growing loan portfolios and preserving capital through front-line risk assessment and mitigation.
In Tammy’s role of Operations and Risk Officer at IdentiQ Finance, she and her team are responsible for overseeing the company’s entire stakeholder portfolio from a risk perspective. Tammy is also the Risk Officer and Investment Committee Chair for LINE Financial, the administrative and credit arm of the Garrington portfolio of companies.
Prior to her work at IdentiQ Finance and LINE, Tammy held senior roles in Canadian alternative and boutique asset based lenders —including Director, Risk and Vice President.
Gwen is responsible for the day to day management of the IdentiQ Finance ABL portfolio, including borrowing base review and reconciliation, fundings, covenant monitoring and other conditions of credit. Gwen also interacts daily with IdentiQ Finance borrowers to maintain portfolio integrity and to enhance their client experience.
Gwen has over 25 years of experience in asset based lending and her previous roles have included portfolio management and underwriting for both private/non-regulated lenders and international banks.
Gwen is known for providing an exceptional client experience while always maintaining risk management best practices.
